Most of your actions result from automatic thought habits (scary but true), meaning you can go through life existing, not living. Simply surviving…not thriving.
Dreams and goals are there to change that. Most of the time, when we first set a goal, we are full of optimism for future awesomeness, happiness and abundance. You are sure things will turn around. But before you know it, your mojo fizzles out because your dreams require change. Change is uncomfortable. Different. Weird. Before you know it, you’re back in your comfortable rut, dreams shelved until “the time is right.”
Today, decide to simply BE AWARE of the immense creative power of your thoughts and emotions. That’s all!

BE AWARE that your thoughts are things. Feelings are things. What you sow is what you reap. What you ask for is given. Yesterday’s thoughts and emotions create today’s experience.
This week’s challenge: For 5 minutes every day, reflect on how your thoughts and feelings created your current circumstances. “I did this! I created this!” or “Yeah, it kind of sucks but I CREATED THIS!”
